These are the same latches used on Kaypro portable computers in the 1980's. I replaced a broken latch on my Kaypro 4/84. Perfect fit - it is the exact same part.

If you need to replace the latches of your 1981 vintage Osborne 1 computer, these are the exact latches!They fit mine great and are quite sturdy.

I'm a DIY drummer. I purchased several Southco living hinges to complete my nesting 14 x 16 floor tom ( my 12 inch mounted tom fits inside for transport).I used 3M blue masking tape for the pre-drilling layout, 10/24 x3/4 stainless steel pan phillips machine screws, #8 washers and 10/24 nylon insert locking nuts to fasten everything. The living hinges keep it the 2 parts of the drum shell together well.
