Used on Dexter 7k torsion axles, perfect fit. The self adjusting shoes are superior to the old style, full stop. I was able to put 12 volts to the brakes with the wheels off the ground and spin the wheels back and forth until they adjusted themselves to proper clearance. I did the first one just for fun, but it worked so well and easily I did the other three that way, highly recommend if it fits your situation. Secondly, Southwest is flat out excellent to deal with, there was a problem with my order and those guys had replacement parts coming to me as soon as they were made aware. Stand up service. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

These brake assemblies were easy to install and fit perfectly on my Dexter 7000lb axles. I used water tight heat shrink connectors for electrical connections. I had to read up on initial setting, which is required, to get them to grab correctly. Once the initial setting was achieved, the brakes worked very well. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and the renewed stopping power.

After 7 years and many miles, we decided to replace our Airstream brakes. These are fantastic and I got them two days after i ordered them. Changing the brakes was a piece of cake and only took a few hours. These are well made and a great deal!

The product itself is fine. Looks to be made the same as Dexter. Fit perfectly, function fine. However the packaging was barely adequate. The brakes were eating their way through the corrugated box. It appears UPD or FedEx had to tape the box together. Even so one of the bags of hardware was completely missing. Had to re-use the old nuts. Not the biggest deal but avoidable .Just did my first 225 mild trip. The brakes are burnishing in nicely.

One of the Brake units has a bad Magnet, and that makes it inoperative. I need to return the unit, and get areplacement.

Needed to replace some worn out and rusted brakes on my 06 cornpro gooseneck, ordered these and they fit perfectly. Easy enough to wire and install and the self adjusting does work and it is way more convenient than crawling under a low profile trailer to adjust them.
