If you have never tried one of these (of any size or diameter), and you pull wire, you should try it.Light, tough, non-conductive. The repair kit is essential in case you damage the pull eye end or kink the tape and have to cut it. so much better than other brands, it's amazing, and way better than steel tapes in terms of safety and weight. I still have 2 steel fish tapes but always reach for this one first. About the only limitation I find it it isn't stiff like steel so you can't fish and hook one tape with another if you can't push through in a crowded conduit. Absolutely perfect for data cabling.

Best if used for conduits smaller than 2 inch. I'm a 25 year electrician. This works amazingly in smaller conduits. Especially conduits that already have conductors in them. Great for adding that extra wire... I absolutely love this tool.Do not try to fish it up a wall. That's just ridiculous. Buy a glow rod for that...

Other than the tip being on the large side, this is a fine tape for DIYers and light electrical work. This being more flexible than a steel tape makes it much more manageable.

This is my second one, my first one was stolen. I love this fishtape, it retracts easily, is strong as steel, and is honest to God the best fish-tape I have used in 30-years. I will never go back to steel.Update, is been a year and I still love it. Tough at nails and to my surprise glows in the dark too.
