I like to shread roasted chickens and freeze individual amounts for eachsandwich. I also freeze individual rolls. It makes it lots cheaper for singles. The pan is great for sizing the rolls. Every thing I need to save money too!

This is an excellent baguette pan! Used this to make 4 sourdough baguettes and the pan worked perfectly! Bread turned out very nice and golden brown all around. It has a non stick surface, so the bread came right off the pan with no issues whatsoever. Also comes with a nice proofing cloth. Very well made and high quality. HIGHLY recommended!

Makes great sized baguettes love all the air holes makes your bread nice and crusty and it comes with a good quality easy to use proofing cloth. Great quality product at an excellent price.
