Q: Is the vacuum powerful enough?
A: Yes! We have tested it extensively and the spa vac can remove dirt, grass, and pretty much anything else that can fit through the half-inch tubing.
Q: Why can't I initiate suction?
A: Lift the vacuum out of the water and make sure all the water is cleared from the hose and try again. Also, ensure the drain remains lower than the water surface and the nozzle stays in the water.
Q: Why can't I keep constant suction?
A: The nozzle must remain in the water and the drain must be lower than the water surface at all times. Move around the spa as you can.
Q: Are the pieces difficult to put together?
A: The pieces are designed to fit tightly, just rotate the parts as you push and they should connect well.

Great way to get a clean Hot Tub. I love the fact that this doesn’t use any power or pumping and still works so well.
