The threads are not correct for the Nut threads, nuts fit very loose, they seem to tighten up, but i don't trust them

This tire carrier might work great for a small 10-inch tire. It can barely hold my 14-inch tire. It is wobbly and not as secure as I would like.

Simple, easy to install, no frills. All that is needed to hold a trailer spare tire in place. Also is a great place to place the line connecting the boat to the trailer when launching a boat alone.
