I installed on a FMF Speed muffler in a Kawasaki KLX450R. Kit includes a tiny Allen head T and Loctite, plus extra Allen screws. 45 seconds to install. Adds a tiny amount of back pressure so it quieted some of the pops and backfires the pipe and jetting introduced. Sounds same, no perceptible performance degradation. Good insurance if you run in USDA areas that require a spark arrestor. Actually improves the looks of the pipe.

Fits Suzuki muffler 40f1 (modified to fit my DR650) perfectly. Great fit and finish. Came with a version of Loctite and stickers too.

It's pricey, but is what I needed-- a small unit that did not change the appearance of my vintage motorcycle. The one I got, #25, is actually smaller than the specs, so it wasn't a press fit as I had hoped, .990" vs 1.004". I.D. is only .845", not including the 3 bosses for the angled set screws. You lose some top speed on the highway, but for off-road speeds it is OK. (You might have to change your carb jettting.) At the larger spec, the constriction would be even greater. It is marked "USFS APPROVED", important should you get stopped by a ranger.

Easy to install, meets forest department requirement's, and is etched into the face of the a spark arrester. Great for the woods and easy to remove for the tracks. Good investment and at reasonable price.

This is a great product. Gone are the days of having to buy a whole new muffler for a brand new bike just to get a spark arrestor. I needed a spark arrestor so I could ride legally on state land in New Mexico but my 2021 Yamaha YZ250X didn’t come with one. So I bought the Fisch 25mm kit and first impressions are that it’s very high quality and nicely machined. I had to do some slight clearancing with a die grinder to make mine fit, but that issue is unique to my bike. It should slide right into any round muffler. It’s nicely embossed with USFS approved so when the forest po po pull me over they can see it right on there. And an added bonus was that it made my exhaust look better than before. My only small complaint is that it took a while to be delivered. It’s made and shipped from Canada. Maybe if Fisch could supply NA distributors shipping might be faster. Overall great product!

I own a 2022 KX450SR with the TI-6 pro series pipe, there is a difference between the ti-6 and the ti-6 pro. Pro Circuit makes one specifically for the standard ti-6, but they left me in the weeds for the pro model. This set up, as you can see, is about the most easy way to become forest service approved without buying an expensive silencer. They send you the Loctite, Allen wrench, 6 set screws(you only need 3) and a business card with the scan for installation video on it as well as their contact info. Mine was the 35mm kit. Place loctite on the set screws and get them started. Push the silencer in until it stops and tighten the set screws. 1 minute install. Verify the size of your pipe with digital calipers in several spots. Try and find the weld seam as that is possibly the tightest location. Get the biggest silencer that fits in the smallest diameter of your pipe. Now you can braaaap! Without causing a fire. I purchased mine through Starcycle-USA, they delivered on the expected day, offered assistance if I had any problems and left me with a smile.

Works great 3 trips out switching from track to trails, simple install. Double checked the screws and still tight, bonus they included the thread locker for a quick get r done situation

Fits perfectly inside an fmf exhaust pipe for a 2000 xr50. It installs easy and looks well built.
