I agree with the other reviews stating that the machine itself is great, but the instructions are basically non-existent. I've included a picture of them so you can see, it's 2 pages with little information and the order it suggests is more difficult than starting with the base and working your way up. The bolts and nuts are mixed together in a big bag, and will take a few minutes to sort. The pec and delt fly options both work well and the machine overall seems to be good quality, made of solid metal (aside from the plastic pulley's). The only criticism I could come up with is in the delt fly configuration the handles don't get super close together since they have a large swivel, so your range of movement is smaller than a commercial machine you would find in a gym. Overall great quality, and for the price I managed to get it at ($150), it's well worth it, even at a higher price

This is actually a pretty nice chest machine for the price. It's pretty well made, nice and stable when in use, arms move smoothly, and can't really complain about much. Couple little things with the hardware could be addressed but not really enough to complain about. Very much worth the $260 price IMO. Also came very quickly. Said 8 days when I purchased it, but it actually was at my door in only 3 days so that was nice.

The machine comes with 5 pictures and that is your assembly instructions. The print was barely visible, I don’t know if the printer was low on ink or what. The best way to assemble this is to separate all the bolts (they all come in 1 bag, nothing is numbered or lettered) and parts before getting started. Some aspects of this assembly were difficult to figure out as there is no explanation of how to assemble the parts, there is some trial and error. It took about 2 hours to assemble using my own tools but overall I would still give this 5 stars. It’s a good value for the money, the movement of the machine is pretty smooth. The ceiling height of my basement is 78â€, this fits with about a foot to spare. Time will tell how this holds up but I think it will last for a while and most wearable parts are probably replaceable with hardware store parts.

Assembled machine and realized it was missing part, company did offer to reimburse me for part or send me a replacement. I was to eager to use the machine so I got part from Amazon. Machine is very well built and hits the chest well, very pleased with both my spart machines

Product is fairly good. Packaging terribly weak. Parts were scratched and back support pad was torn on side. Like the product but the condition it arrived in was less than desirable. Forget the company responding....they dont.
