Used these on my 99 4runner. Put them in replacing the ones that are under the steering rack. Have to remove the steering rack to install and these are set up that you won't have to take the rack off again to remove if need be. Highly recommend if you are replacing lower a arm bushings as that is why I replaced them and the original ones were stuck and wouldn't turn as well.

These cam bolts are awesome. They includes a teflon sleeve to go between the bolt and the inner sleeve of the lower control arm bushing, which will prevent them from rusting to the sleeve and siezing.
