This does not fit over 4" tube. In a sense it is 4" ID tube. I had to cut the loop in two places to make a cradle for the tube to sit in with a hose clamp to secure it. It has sturdy hardware and brackets.

I bought two of these brackets and a Spectre plenum with 4" tubes. The bracket inside diameter is 3.863" while the Spectre 4" tubes have an OD of 4.01". After looking at the Spectre website, it appears they expect you to butt weld the bracket to the tube or add more couplers (aka weak points/turbulence generators) to connect it inline. This info does not appear anywhere on retailer's websites (Amazon, Summit, etc). A much better design would be to have it just slightly larger than the tube so that you could slide them over the tube to the most advantageous position. Don't waste your money.

This is a nice product looks good and worked with a bit of altering, I needed something with an inside diameter to slide over my 4 inch intake tube this is the same as my tube diameter after a cut spread and a hose clamp it now secures my 4 inch cold air intake tube

I had to cut it to make it for my 4" pipe. But after I made it fit it works great.

I guess I should have read the reviews firstAs mentioned previously in the reviews the Id and od are the same as the piping causing you to use 2 clamps making it a weak spot for vibration.I had to cut it and adapt it to slip over the piping . Pissed me off !
