I've been on a health kick as everyone is in the first month of the year, egged on by my new Garmin watch. I'm still going strong, and I've been looking into cardio that can replace running intervals for when it gets too hot here (Florida), which is usually March. Indoor jump roping seems to be the ticket.This is well weighted, and glides smoothly through the whole arch. It comes with cutting instructions to par it down to a right size. I'd recommend going a little longer than what they say for your height, just in case. If you screw up, you do have a second rope that you can cut. I used a wire cutter.It comes in a nice package that holds it and the extra rope all together. I use it on hard floors in my house, as they recommend not using it outside (concrete can damage the rope). It comes with a plastic tube to place where the rope comes in contact with the floor to help protect against damage. So far I see none.

I injured my foot before I was able to test this out, but I can confirm it is as advertised and appears to be good quality. Comes with all the components in a stiff zippered carrying case. Can’t wait til I’m all healed up and can try this out. Feels like good weight for a smooth jump ropeexercise experience.

I love this jump rope! It comes with two ropes, and high quality handles. Which attach very tightly and easily, to secure the rope. I use it for road running, and so far it stands up to the hard pavement. Storage is very easy, because it comes in a very nice compact case. It also works great at the gym for a cardio warmup! I love the metal handles because they feel good in the hand.
