The Speed Stacks G5 StackMat combines a detachable precision Competition Timer accurate to 0.001 with super sensitive touch pads and an "optimum" Stacking Surface to accurately time your Stacking or Speed Cubing.

My son has been really into speed stacking and so far using a phone to clock the time has been fine. However, this device is more accurate than using the phone. He absolutely loves this and has helped to bring his time down. A must for any serious cuber.

My grandson had requested this for Christmas. He doesn't stack, but he uses the timer for how long it takes to correctly put back speed cube puzzles (like Rubic Cubes). He was very happy with it. 5 stars for grandma!

Work very well. I gave it to my 14 years old granddaughter who saw some competition of speed stacking. She was so happy and started to play right away. At first when I received it, I was a bit disapointed,it really looks like a toy for a small kid . But my granddaughter was very please with it and started to show her skills to the whole family with proud.However I give only 4 stars , because I think a little bag would have been nice to hold and keep the mat and the timer together.

I use it for teaching Sportstacking to elementary and middle school students. The mat helps to mute the sound of the cups so that the students can hear instructions and it protects them from cracking.

The timer is great, but unfortunately it broke outside of the Amazon return window. Customer service was excellent and shipped a replacement out quickly. I didn't even need to return the broken one first. They were top notch and very professional.
