I was doing a conversion from a 8" to a 9" diff in my Pinto and the flang is larger in the 9". This was exactly what I needed to fit my driveline to make it work with the new rearend. It saved me having to have a new driveline made.

I love spicer u-joints, they look and feel great and seem to last a little longer than others. I've replaced them on many vehicles and have never had a problem. I like them much better than oem which I don't use anymore. I guess I'm a spicer man. One thing they could do is make their number system match a size system instead of having to match their product number with a universal joint number.

When I opened the box two of the caps were removed from the u joint, and were just loosely thrown in the box. The needle bearings from one of the caps were everywhere in the box but luckily all the bearings were there. The u joint also had some rust on the caps. apart from that it worked for what I needed it for.
