The product provides moderate privacy protection when looking at the screen from an angle, but the con is that it decreased the screen brightness and the sharpness of the images.

It was easy to install, and offered excellent privacy. However, l couldn’t close my laptop properly because of its upper edge thickness, the magnetic strip area.

Best screen protector I've tried so far. Attaches to top of screen with magnet, and black bar below bottom of screen with sticky adhesive. At first I thought it was odd that it extends below bottom of screen a bit, but I think that's so it doesn't get any sticky mess on the screen itself, and only on the bottom bezel.I wish someone would just make one of these privacy guards with magnets around all four edges, or at least the top and sides, and no sticky adhesive at all. But till then, this seems to be the best option

It fits well with the screen opened, but the adhesive on the bottom was just thick enough to prevent the screen from fully closing. The adhesive seems reusable so it is not a total loss if you are the type of person who doesn't need to close your laptop often.

I chose this out of all the privacy filter screen options because I already own a few Spigen branded items and they have not disappointed.The fit to my macbook air screen is perfect. I did read the reviews that it makes the laptop not fully closeable. This is true. In my experience of travelling with my laptop, the laptop lid still closes enough that if you had shut down the laptop, it's going to stay shut down, and the lid will not spring open to suddenly boot up the laptop.
