This is it! Great mop! We had a shark vacuum 3in1 mop we sold because the vacuum itself was more of a hassle to clean! Go back to basics an make a few adjustments an here it is! This mop doesn’t hurt our backs at all (maybe because the handle is so tall) or could just be the ease of it all. No ringing out or having a dreaded mop head that clunks around in the washer an looks gross to use, this baby is nice an quiet AND grabs all the doggy butt scooting-dirt walking-left over night split whatever no problem and best part it does what it says it does; divides the dirty from the clean liquid!! 🤩

I had no idea my kitchen floor was this dirty!! Worked well on the tile and the grout. Easy to assemble and use. Other comments said it was too short; if you pull the handle all the way up after spinning the mop head, and then lock the handle in that position, it is plenty long enough. I would have given it five stars if the mop head sides came out as clean as the middle of the mop head. It is kind of like cleaning the bottom of the tub and ignoring the ring.

Upon arrival the box was beat up pretty badly. That’s on shipping. However the top of my bucket was cracked upon opening. The clear top that goes over the clean water does not sit properly. The handle feels likes it’s going to break as you’re using it. The clean water either doesn’t shoot out or doesn’t come out far enough to reach the mop head. I really wanted to love this mop but I just can’t. However it does clean the head pretty well when done just right and it separates clean from dirty as it should. I think I’ll stick with my o cedar and find a better spin mop than this one.I’m editing my review to add that customer service did reach out to me and offered many solutions to attempt to fix this issue. They offered to replace with a new mop, give a discount on their other products or just a refund. I opted for the refund. Received within a couple of days. I greatly appreciated their attempts to fix this issue, so I definitely give their customer service a 5 star rating!

This is the best mop and bucket that I have purchased ina long time. Love how I don’t have to really touch the dirty water, or bend down to ring it out. When your done cleaning floor, take off the removal pads and wash them and start all over again. Comes with 3 washable pads so you can always have one handy. I enjoy mopping again

Easy to use. Lightweight quality is great for the amount of money size is medium but can be made to be smaller or longer. Durable and doesn’t need but a small amount of water and cleaning solution

If you want to make sure your floors are actually clean this is the mop you need! I used to steam mop my floors every week and apparently that wasn't doing anything for them because that bucket photo is just my kitchen floor alone. The first photo shows the mop head after use before rinsing it and the second shows how it looks after 3-5 spins to get it clean. I personally don't mind having to spin it that many times to get the head clean because the clean I was going for was moping until the water was clear and this is the best system I have found to achieve that result.
