Good quality! A little bit on the thin side compared to the stuff they sell at Dicks but I prefer it thinner. I do not feel like it is too thin or that it lacks quality in any way. The butt pad is a little big for my preference but not enough for me to not like the outfit. Just a hair bigger than I would have chosen if I had a choice.Size:I'm 5'9" 165 AthleticMedium(black with grey and green)Fits me very tight.Comfortable with no loose material. The butt pad fits firmly in place and it's over all a good snug fit.Large(Green with white and black)Fits but has a tiny bit of room. More of a "casual" fit as opposed to something I would wear in a race. The butt pad is a little loose but not loose enough to affect the positioning while riding.XL was too big for me in every waySmall I could barely fit over my wrist(I think the small was a Chinese small and every other size was American)*for me these were very true to size.In my normal undershirts I wear mediums because I like them snug and for a casual t shirt or polo I wear a large and I have found the same to be true with these jerseys.

Are you getting into cycling? Do you not want to spend a lot of money (yet) because you're not sure? Do you not want to waste money on cheap gear that will be trashed too quickly if you do like it? Get this. It's a good first set. The coloring on the shorts have worn out, so I keep them for a backup pair. The jersey is still in good shape. But they lasted for at least 100 uses, so you get your money worth. And by the time they ware out, and you've spent a bunch more money on other cycling stuff, you'll be ready to upgrade these then.

Update 2:The fit is overall much better for both the jersey and the shorts. The chamois in the shorts is quite comfortable on rides, and I've found that the kit as a whole improves my performance on rides. The kit has good ventilation, and the material has a good feel, as well. My only complaint is that the replacement jersey (shirt) still has a slightly bent zipper from the way it was packaged, but it is not nearly as bad as the first one; I can tolerate the slight imperfection for the nice price point.Update: The seller has shown excellent customer service and is sending a replacement kit to me. I'll update again once it arrives.Original:I really liked the material of the jersey, and it was really attractive, as well. However, the zipper was bent in multiple places, which caused it to poke out when I bent over. Also, the jersey was very long, and I even made sure to get the recommended size based on my dimensions. The shorts fit fine at first, but after wearing them for about 20 minutes, the elastic above the knees stretched out, making the shorts feel more like open shorts than aerodynamic biking shorts.

First things first:The pair I received were defective (had a small hole in the seam on the right leg). I reached out to the company, and they responded almost immediately. They were extremely helpful and are replacing the defective pair of shorts and allowing me to keep the pair with the hole.Now onto the actual shorts. They're extremely comfortable. Took a quick 50 mile ride in them, and they performed as you'd expect cycling shorts to. I'm 6'4" and 185lbs. I bought the US XL and they fit just fine. They stayed in place, no chaffing, and the padding was perfect for the ride. The jersey fits alright and matches the shorts, if that matters to you.For the price, and amazing customer service, I highly recommend supporting this company and their products. I've read some reviews about them not holding up too well over time, and if anything changes in that department I'll be sure to update the review to let y'all know.

This is my first bike set. I’ve done a few short rides in it and just did a 30 mile ride today. The padding works fine, but does take a little getting used to. The shirt fits great and the pockets hold a lot. The stitching is fraying a little here and there at the edges but looks like it will hold up well for the long run (ride?). I purchased US Large and both the pants and shirt were sized right. I’m 5’10â€, 165 pounds and pretty lean. Great value if you’re not sure what to get.

I bought this suit for my husband. We both took to cycling and after a few months decided to invest in some exercise clothing. My husband went with this spooned suit. This truly makes a difference in the comfort level of his rides. The top keeps him cool while the shorts provide a nice cushion for his bottom making it more comfortable and longer rides more doable.

I have purchased several Sponeed jerseys and biking shorts so far, and the experience keeps getting better. High quality materials, after getting used to the sizes (typically one size up from the regular clothing in US), I plan to stick to this brand give their great quality, design and performance. After several uses and washes, all of the articles remain in great shape.

I am 5'9 158lbs and both the jersey and shorts fit very well. This is a great kit for the money, the jersey is made with very comfortable matieral for any length ride, it drys quickly and keeps you feeling fresh and motivated. The shorts fit very well and there is a substantial amount of padding although they are not as comfortable as some of the more expensive gel padded shorts they will do the trick on shorter rides. If you're planing a century or a full day ride I'd recommend investing in a pair of higher end gel padded shorts.Pro's- Great fit Drys quick Nice size pockets on the jersey Great priceCon's-(and this is a very small con) Padding on shorts is a bit hard for very long rides
