I just started dealing with a slipping knee cap. I was given exercises to do to strengthen the tendons around my knee cap and went looking for light weights to put around my ankles. All the reviews (and I mean all) complained about poor quality, sand coming out creating a mess, Velcro sewn on backwards, stitching coming undone, uncomfortable, uneven weight distribution, sliding out of position, difficult to put on..etc. So to save myself the hassle I bought these because they didn't seem to have any of those issues just by looking at them. I am glad I paid the little extra.These are very comfortable, the Velcro is strong, easily adjustable. The band the weights slide on is stretchy..I have skinny ankles, but I have no doubt if I had thicker ankles these would still work great and be comfortable. The little mesh bag is a bonus. These work for me!!!!I would definitely recommend these over any of the others.

These do the job for the standing-in-place exercises that I do. I find that I have to position them on my ankle with the fastener in front and put them over long pants to be more comfortable. They feel hard on bare ankles. I haven’t tried them on my wrists.

I found these weights when used for the ankle as uncomfortable near the ankle bone. Also, I was trying to move one of the pieces away from my ankle bone because it hurt. The weighted piece broke off.Update: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Great way to stand by your products!

I have severe arthritis in my hands and was struggling to find an arm workout. I have used these several times now following a YouTube video. They are very comfortable and stay in place! I highly recommmend this product if your want to give your arms a workout.
