Listen, I was about to drop $200 on a bike stand and then I read the raving reviews about this one. It took me less than 15 minutes to assemble, it's made of extremely sturdy, quality materials, it's light and easy to move... and I can assure you that you will NOT find a more quality bike stand for this price... or for that matter, any price. I'm sure mechanics have top of the line bike stands, etc... but if you're a cyclist, beginner or long timer, and you want an awesome, ridiculously affordable bike stand, this is it.My one and only complaint... and what took me longer to install than everything else... is the tool tray. The directions, which are great and easy to follow for everything else, are lacking for the tool tray... but once I looked at how it went together, it made perfect sense and is very useful. Also, the packaging was excellent. It comes with the Allen wrenches you need and of course, the screws... but there are only 3 screws (all for the tool tray). Other than that, everything was pretty much already assembled.... I simply needed to make a couple connections, tighten up the lock down clamps and attach the wheel stabilizer, which, again, took all of 15 minutes.I don't write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something. I feel very strongly in this rack and I highly encourage you save $200 and purchase this instead. You will NOT be disappointed.Oh my gosh, no loner having to break my back bending over... or having someone help me to switch gears, etc... this stand is a God send... and no, I don't own stock or work for this company. I read reviews before I buy anything and trust me, this is a GREAT product! You will NOT regret your purchase. God bless and enjoy a clean bike!!!

I purchased the bike repair stand and was not able to unfold the legs fully. Photos of the stand on the website and on Amazon shows that the metal bar connects the vertical tube to the inside of both legs. In the product that I received, only one of the legs is connected to the inside. Please see photos. Also, there was a round aluminum screw or rivet that prevented the plastic ring from moving down further.I wrote to the company and sent them photos. After carefully examining the photos on Amazon and their website, I managed to solve the problem by disassembling the stand and reassembling it to resemble the photos. In all I spent almost two hours trying to sort out the problem. It turns out that the company had assembled the stand incorrectly, and they acknowledged it when they saw my photos. It is hard for me to understand a company can send equipment incorrectly assembled.Once, corrected, the stand works fine. It is easy to unfold for use and then folds up relatively easily.

Why get the ParkTool or equivalent I thought, IF this one will do. I saw a couple videos demonstrating and looked like it would definitely be worth the risk for the money.I just used this to do some minor work on my carbon Stumpjumper. I took the stand out of the box, I hardly had to even look at the manual there was SO LITTLE to do to set it up, a few minutes later I was using it. It's not super heavy duty of course because it's not a steel stand, but it felt like it would have no prob' dealing with twice the weight of my under-30lb carbon bike. ALL of the clamps and bolts seem very well made--in fact after using this I'd expect it to cost maybe even twice the price it's available for here on Amazon. This is no joke, this stand. I wouldn't be surprised if some pro bike shops are using these. I'm very impressed actually with the lighter weight of this because I intend to take it from my garage to the back yard in the nice weather for working on the bikes outdoors. Folds up quickly, simply, and easily, and takes up little room for what it does. The tool tray is indeed very handy and can be simply removed by lifting it out--as I did when I needed to temporarily get the stand closer to a workbench area in the garage. I even moved the stand WITH the bike clamped in it while working on it and wasn't concerned about the stability at all. VERY good deal on this one!~JSV

Excellent stand for bike maintenance. Should have bought one years ago instead of improvising. Bike is secure and allows for different bike positioning. Stand folds when in storage. Great shipping!

I have used other bike stands that fall short of holding the bike and very unstable. The Sportneer Bike Repair Stand works fantastic. Very sturdy and easy to adjust for different styles of bikes. Everything from my heavy full suspension mountain bike to my wife's road bike, and even for holding the back of my Catrike Dumont Trike.I love how compact it will fold up for storage. Also how easy it is to setup for all the different styles of bikes. All in all this is a nice stand and well worth a full 5 stars!

I’m extremely pleased with this strong, affordable and flexible bike repair stand. I saw a video rating this unit and comparing it favorably it with much more expensive stands. I received mine yesterday, thanks Amazon. Today, I set up and repaired two bikes. The stand is easy to assemble, easy to set up and easy to put away. I’m 6’3â€/190cm and like to have the handlebars at eye-level. This stand works. My bikes are not super lightweight. This stand holds them easily and at any angle. The stand feels well-built and looks good. The tool tray is handy. The stand stores away in a small space. I’m happy. Will try to check back in a year from now.

Purchased to complete light maintenance on out bikes. We have regular road and mountain bikes as well as 2 Aventon Pace 500.2 bikes. I was not sure if the electric bikes would be too much for the stand. It held perfectly. There is a little wobble when the e-bikes are on, but I expected that. Works great!!! Easy to assemble and fold for storage. Great stand!

I have an XL eMTB and this stand holds it no problem well off the ground with the battery removed. Without the battery my bike is still about 20kg/44lbs.I think it'd be fine with extra 3kg battery but I would probably lower the height to get the front wheel on the ground for stability if I had to do any work that required the battery to be inserted. Although, I can't think of a scenario where I might need to have the battery inserted to service it.The clamp can hold the bike on the seat post vertically or on the top frame tube. I prefer the top tube because I don't want to put stress on my dropper post. The rotational adjustment in the clamp allows me the balance the bike well. This is great value for your DIY servicing jobs; it is not a professional stand and I wouldn't be holding or storing a bike on it for days on end.

This stand set up quickly and easily. Folds up nicely to store it away.Quality is quite nice for the price. Very solid and articulates well for different bike positions on the fly.The bike grip holds well and it's nice having the handle bar brace to hold it in place.

I use it to clean and service my Emotorad EMX (Electric city bicycle) which is approximately 25 kg. To avoid the stand falling over due to cycle weight, I use the cycle lock to bind the stand to the pillar of my garage This adds to stability of the stand. I find this stand useful as it allows me to access different parts of the cycle without need to bend over in awkward ways.

This stand is a pleasant surprise: well-packaged, easily assembled, fairly light, and good stability. I use it to clean and tune my two carbon-frame road bikes, so it's necessary to clamp the seatpost (and only the seatpost). Depending on the length of your bike you may have to tilt the bike's front end down a bit to keep the stand from toppling. Not a problem for me, as this makes it somewhat easier to use the bike's controls while tuning. Some folks, me included, would like to have better access to the tool tray, as it's mounted out the back and is not easily reached while working. Otherwise, the stand offers plenty of movements, folds up pretty nicely, and is light enough for most people to move about easily. Great product.
