Nothing bad to say about this machine, except 1 thing. The directions are a bit limited. You have to figure out most of the assembly from the pictures, and nothing on the readout. Youtube can show you all you need, and a lot more. It is made quite well, and all parts fit perfectly. I am in pretty good shape for my age. I got on this machine and thought, this doesn't do much, but I was wrong. When I got off of it, I almost fell down. This thing works a lot of big muscle groups, and can make you feel fatigued very easily. Depending on age, I suggest starting off lite and work your way up day by day. Don't give yourself a heart attack. Great price, easy to fold and move around, small footprint. Thumbs up.

I ordered this Squat machine not knowing what I was going to get! This is a very effective machine. It works out multiple things. My abs, buttocks, and glute. I have seen results very fast with consistency and I got the pink one, which first and store very easy in my area. I. So glad. Very easy to assembly, The money spent well worth it. The speed was just right.

The machine works pretty well, though I don't know if it has enough strength to work my thighs sufficiently. I weigh 210 and use all the bands included but it could be harder in my opinion. The little box included to supposedly count time and reps does absolutely NOTHING. It's worthless. I threw it away. I wish I could have bought a hack squat rack, but I have no place to put it. No room.

Perfect for me! I'm 73 and need to strengthen my arms and legs since I have trouble getting up from a low position. This exerciser is easy to use. Very sturdy and comfortable to use. Allows me to get the exercise I need without having to lower my body down like I would on a horizontal rowing machine. I love it! So easy to fold. I haven't used the resistance bands yet because just working against my body weight gives me plenty of resistance. Buy it, you won't regret it!

The first one we got was missing a part and I could tell it was a returned or used item. (I had to wait a few weeks before setting it up, so I suggest openjng it immediately to make sure all parts are in the box.)BUT, when I did the return another item was already sent in its place AND biggest plus, they had UPS pick up the return from my home!! This made it so much easier because it is a heavier box.The set up was easy. I did it within 30 mins of unboxing and putting together. It is heavy and seems sturdy. Does what we wanted it to do. Very impressed.

Been using for a week now. The counted is pretty worthless so I just count. I have a smart watch that can be used to do any extra like calorie burn, time, etc. It is compact, was easy to assemble, and perfect for it's intended function.
