this thing showed up with the strap not tied up on it it popped out on us and we fell I try to get a refund but it said it was out the window disappointed. without the strap is pretty much useless to use in the snow I wouldn't buy this if you're trying to have fun and do tricks with it

I kinda expected the swivel foot part to break- and it did.....first day on a hill. But I like the fact that the seat part was small enough for our 4 year olds to haul up the hill themselves. otherwise it slid just fine!

It was shorter than we expected. And dangerous for those who don’t know how to balance on it correctly. It did provide fun for the smaller kids who could balance. Very fast.

This was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son. He loved getting it and he has fun using it on the snow hill. It is something fun and different for him than a traditional sled.

Calidad precio esta muy bien, pero nada mas abrir el paquete nos encontramos con este error. Estamos descontentos porque no deja de ser un error de “fabricaâ€.No lo devolvemos porque lo necesitamos (es regalo de Navidad) y los tiempos son justos. Pero la verdad que no nos lo esperábamos. Le quitaremos la pegatina ya que con la nieve va a quedar mucho peor.

It shows the board leading with the right foot, recieved it the opposite way. Daughter leads with right foot and wont be able to use it now.

Very tricky for my 12 year old. Perhaps with more patience but I think he has given up after falling hard a few times.It's hard to glide and digs into the snow causing easy falls.Recommend a helmet for sure.

Daughter hasn't used yet as it is a Christmas present, but it looks great for her size and age of 9 years old.....I will be able to tell after she uses this is she is really into snow boarding or not....
