This is a great product! However, it was just a bit too small for my weight bench equipment which is a Weider weight bench.

Perfect!! I have adjustable dumbbells and got tired of having to constantly switch out plates by unscrewing to change them. I am so happy I found these clamps because they make my life so easy! I am ordering more just in case they break or something.

These are much smaller than the other spring clips I have, and they barely fit onto the bar. To get them on and off requires a VERY hard squeeze, and because the handle part of the clips is quite small, they're not the easiest to use.

At first I thought maybe the clips were just "tight" since they were new. We've used them for a month. They haven't loosened up enough for me to be able to use them. My husband can barely get them on and off the bar and he's strong! Maybe these would be fine for someone who doesn't switch their weights, but we do so these are awful.

Not sure why but they were advertised as 25mm but were way bigger than 25mm. Measured at 30mm. Absolutely useless for a 25mm dumbbell. Buyer beware!
