This is a nice little buffer, I can’t imagine how anyone could burn paint with it, but I suppose if you try hard enough if you could. Or it is working perfect for buffing old motorcycle bodywork. I particularly like the extensions that come with it and the pads were quite well. You just need to not be afraid of it. I will agree the on off switch sucks. Apart from that everything seems to be fine, just make sure that you crumble up the pads or wash them first and they will work much better for you. I do wish there was something in there that told you which pad was for which type of compound or process.

I bought this to add to a 6" HF DA polisher I have been using for many years. This allowed me to quickly switch between the smaller 3" and 1" pads and keep the 6" on the DA. I bought this initially for a bumper wetsand/renewal on a pure black (obsidian) Lexus. Every imperfection shows up on that paint. I started with a 2500, 3000, then 5000 grit wetsand, then followed up with compound (Jescar) and polish (M205).I was pleasantly surprised at the operation of this polisher and the included accessories. It wasn't too loud and it felt smooth as it rotated, even with one of the extensions. I used a few of the included softer foam pads with no issues and the end result came out perfectly. I was able to fully remove all sanding marks with a perfect class A gloss and no holograms. I couldnt ask for more from a polisher. The on/off switch is awkward at first but I got used to it pretty quickly. I kept the speed at 1 and it was fine as it seemed pretty quick for a 1 on a scale of 1-5. Some of the pads felt too thought but I used common sense and went to my higher quality set when necessary.

Works well. Came with spare motor brushes. It appears to come from the same factory in China as the Adam’s SK Pro line of polishers.The unit came as advertised. Good for the DIY but not everyday use and you can’t beat the price.

Got my own detail company and for those tight spaces this is a must have!. Vibration level is not crazy, just a normal vibration. Accessories of it are worth the money since makes it the perfect kit. Being 1 year and still runing as new so Durability is strong. Weight and size are perfect for a daily use. Battery version got heard has a long life so in a future will try to buy one and give it a try, will review that one when I get it!.

I like the accessories that come with the buffer.I am not very happy with the buffer itself though.I do not like the location of the on off switch, nor do I like it's operation. It should be a variable speed paddle switch that will allow operation below 1000 rpm.The switch is very difficult to use.I do not like that the slowest speed is 1000 rpm. Should be around 600 rpmIf the accessories were paired with a better designed buffer, it might be worth something.As it stands this buffer is not what I expected.

After struggling to revive the paint on my hood with a cheaper polisher, I gave in and bought this one. Best purchase ever, it has literally saved me hours of work, and the results im getting with it so far is awesome. You cant beat the quality for the price!

Bought this to detail vehicles and boats. So far, I'm very pleased with the polisher. It has been able to handle anything I've tried so far. A small polisher is such a great addition and allows me to reach and work in small areas. Highly recommend this unit.

The SPTA Mini Polisher has a good weight and size to sand and polish small areas. the shaft extensions are a nice addition to the set, along with the numerous soft pads.
