these pads cut very well with a good compound. Use for first cutting after sanding a paint job. Clarity is very good!

These pads worked well for buffing after base / clear on my VW Golf. I set my DA to #3 (max = #6). I washed the pad at the end of each day. I applied two dabs of compound and worked areas 1' by 1' at a time. I rinsed & dried the car at the beginning of each day. I rinsed and dried the car frequently to make sure no dirt was on the car. Go slow and make sure you avoid edges. As you approach an edge, make sure the DA is spinning off the edge, not onto the edge where it's more likely to grab the paint and peel it off. The pads seems to last for a long time.

The pads it's self works good. Cut good. Tried these out because 3m pads gum up to fast. These cut good. Easy to clean dries quick after cleaning. Only down fall is on day 3 of using on 15 cars between 2 pads the foam is tearing from the velcro

It kind of did its job. Why? Because it warmed up a bit, not hot and it started flopping around really weird. At least for me it didn’t work.
