In a bathroom where CA Title 24 requires an occupancy sensor and humidistat, this manages Code compliance if you don't have the space for additional devices.

Instructions little confusing about programming. But figured it out when I went to manufactures website. Nice programming videos.

The light goes off manually or after 3 min which is great. The fan only goes off manually or based on a humidity level or as I recall 20 minutes. So you lose a lot of conditioned air in the house if you let this go off on its' own. I wish I could set a much higher humidity so that it would go off sooner on its' own.

My shower is a 8x7ft area, and some times the humidity detection doesn't work, and I have to turn it on manually, not a big deal, but this device supposed to be automatic, the humidity sensor is programed at 'high sensitivity' but sometimes work and sometimes not

This is not smart home compatible. Does not connect to any wifi as stated and I waited to long to install

Product worked as advertised for a few months, time to return window has closed and the product now only controls light by pressing switch. Fan cycles on and off at random intervals.

The renderings show a red ground wire and green hot wires. This is either a really sad mistake in the rendering that made it out the door without even a basic review or SquareD is actually selling switches with wiring incompatible with the US's National Electric Code as well as numerous industry standards meaning they haven't actually passed NRTL (UL, ETL, etc.) approval.
