This paper is matte with the same pattern on both sides. The stitch designs are really cute and clever - I have never seen theses types of patterns before. The paper itself is a little softer (easier to tear) than the Tuttle Studios paper I often use. I had been expecting one side to be solid and the other patterned, because I like models that show off the two. It's fine for folding, though.

Sooo pretty, love the colors. So I use these in a little bit of an unconventional way- making corner bookmarks for my books- and I try to buy packs that have a good variety of colors so that I’ll always have/be able to make a bookmark that matches my book. I can already tell with this pack I will be able to match literally every single sheet to a book at some point. Anyways, to use them to make bookmarks, there is several steps of folding involved, and this paper does great. It also holds up well. So far none of them have faded or come apart, so these are definitely durable sheets.

Colors are dull and quality not suitable for origami. The paper easily tears and shows specks of white at the creases.
