I wasn’t sure this frame would work after always using wooden oval frames, but it really works great. Much easier with a square surface to quilt.

I purchased a set of these in 4 different sizes to help me with cross stitching. Overall, I'm satisfied and think these are a good value. They work very well. They're portable, light weight and keep the Aida cloth taunt and in position. My material and thread don't snag on the corners and sharp edges as they do with the square wooden stretcher bars. These are also easy to disassemble and break apart if I want to store them away. My only complaint, the reason these don't get 5 stars concerns the snap-on pieces that anchor the fabric to the frame. These pieces are so tight, I can't loosen them myself. I always need to enlist my hubby's help! Bear in mind, I'm a senior woman with some arthritis in my hands! I can get the pieces on without a problem but can't get them off on my own. I'm hoping in time they become easier to work. To me, it's a small price to pay for all the benefits of these scroll bars.

I love this frame! It holds the aida cloth taut and tight and is comfortable to hold while stitching. It was so easy to put together and easy to get the aida cloth into it properly. The clips really hold the cloth tightly. This is far superior to my wooden frame!

I use this frame for cross stitch and it works very well holding the fabric taut. I also find it much easier to use than a round frame that you tighten with a screw. It's also easier to hold while working because of its thickness, plus it's very lightweight. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love the Qsnap for cross stitching. It is much easier to use than the standard hoops that we all use to use. No tightening the little screw ( which really hurt your thumbs) the Qsnap holds the canvas very well with no slipping and also easier to hold. Love It!!
