These squat wedges are incredible, from the first workout, my wife & I could tell a major advantage & difference in every exercise.Takes the pressure off the knees- wife has tendinitis & I have arthritis & both conditions were mitigated with the use of these... also they drive the weights into the quads, glutes - where you want it.They are very sturdy, no slip, easy to useI can't say enough positive things about them.The wife LOVED them. We've used them every lower body workout. Squats, lunges, hip thrusts, stiff legged deadlifts, calf raises... & feeling that's the tip of the iceberg.Really well designed & fabricated.Just AWESOME!

These squat wedges are the best I’ve ever owned. They come in professional packaging, and are extremely high quality, with a good weight to them that makes them sturdy and prevents any slipping. As I’m getting into more of a strengthening program this is an excellent addition to the equipment I already have in my home gym. I’ve noticed that my workouts already feel more effective with just this one addition to my equipment. I am thrilled with this product and highly recommend it both to people new to working out and advanced athletes.

The blocks are well made. Heavy rubber that stays in place when using them and you can adjust the height. It would be nice if they were a little longer. They do cost more than others but worth it for my use.

I have limited ankle mobility and love these blocks for squatting. I prefer them to a slant board because I have really long legs and need a slightly wider stance. I can adjust my stance and where I stand on the blocks to keep my hips comfortable. Very sturdy. The rubber is a bit stinky, so I recommend airing them out when you get them.

So I didn’t use these blocks in the conventional way… I have a treadmill that doesn’t have incline, so I used the blocks to incline it for fast walking and let me tell you- even when I run on the incline the treadmill doesn’t slide, the blocks are sturdy, and I love the height of it! I use the bigger side for the treadmill incline and the smaller ones for when I do weight lifting!

Effective item but the smell is wicked. They’re also extremely heavy.
