I am woman and I am not very handy however my floors started to make so much noise lately that I decided to go on YouTube hoping to find an easy solution that wouldn’t require hiring a professional. I watched some videos where people were recommending this product so I decided to give it a try. OMG! I can’t believe I spent months avoiding some spots in my bedroom because of the noise. I used about 6 screws in different parts of the floor and the noise was gone. I have carpet and it took me a few minutes to find the joint but I guess I found it cause the noise stopped. I recommend it!

Kit works, and includes everything you need except the hammer! I used another kit in the past, but this one works better.

I used this kit to eliminate a couple of really annoying squeaks under carpeting. The biggest time sink was finding the floor joists, but a bit of detective work per the instructions paid off. Once you find the joists closest to the squeak then driving the screws through the carpet into the sub-floor and snapping off the screw heads worked easily. Once you're done there's nothing to see, nothing to feel, and - most importantly - nothing to hear! Wow!

Used for squeaky floor under carpet. Couldn't figure out how to use the 3-point fixture because the hole in it for the screw head was too small; once I realized the screw head had to pass through the fixture it made more sense but I had to use an 11/32" drill to open up the fixture. Found the joist with the joist finding screw as instructed. Put in the first screw but you have to keep going till it comes out of the square bit so the first one stuck up out of the floor and I had to pound it down with a hammer so you couldn't feel it with your feet. Put in about 4 or 5 more screws in two parallel joists but the squeak is still there. Tried another room, same result. Watched a Youtube video where they guy used A LOT of screws, like every 8-12 inches in multiple joists, and recommended standing next to the fixture to make sure the floorboard is down on the joist when you screw it in. Also, being just 1/2" off the joist means it's a wasted screw, and it feels like the screw is going into the joist but if you check next to it with the joist finder you find out that you actually missed the joist. Very patient and accurate joint finding is key to the system working.

Handy little kit that finally allowed me to put a stop to my squeaky carpeted floors. 50 screws was more than enough,I’ve only used a total of 10 screws for two large bedrooms and a hallway. I’ve sharing the link with all of my neighbors. Very pleased with my purchase.

absolute piece of trash / inferior alloy led to breaking screws / all the pieces were there but the quality of metal rendered the kit useless complete with several bent screws on arrival

Great product. Easy to use. Only issue was 5-10% of the screws didn't snap due to missing the score under screw head.

It works as described. 1 out of 21 nails broke early. So overall, it was a pretty good performance.
