DURABLE DCR HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP

The two-piston DCR pump is based on a compact and modular design for easy integration, has low hydraulic and acoustical noise, features ultra-fast response times, and is biofuel and low-lubricity fuel compatible. It uses a patented eccentric drive pumping technology, with pressure-lubricated cam and bushings, for increased performance, efficiency, and benchmark durability. The Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) uses high-quality corrosion-resistant components and proprietary features to prevent large debris from entering the actuator, providing exceptional robustness for longevity and durability in harsh environmental conditions. The DCR can provide a max fuel delivery of 1,250 mm3 per revolution (25% more than a CP4.2), producing plenty of flow for worn injectors that have high return.

Everything included. No issues priming the system afterwards, thank God. Took me about 9 full hours and thats because i have aftermarket intake. Take your time. Watch videos. Wish the instructions had more pictures but followed install step by step.Must have for installation via instructions are 17 and 19 mm crowfoot, torque wrench with flex head. Im sure you can get away with tightening by feel but i dont want future problems. Recommended getting intake rubber gaskets since youre there already and vacuum pump gasket.Hope product works as advertised in long run.

Excellent instructions and quick shipping. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a small business in KY. Solved my CP4 issue before it became an issue. Perked the 6.7 right upOnly cons and not a big issues is to make sure you order vacuum pump gasket with this kit and the supply and return lines were a tad short hooking up to truck. Just pull little Harder.Quality product!!!!

I didn't want to wait until my CP4 self-destructed so I spent the money and had this installed. The mechanic who did it said there was a lot of stuff he had to get "out of the way" nevertheless, it was pretty straightforward. He said it would have cost me $12,000 if I had left the CP4 in until it self-destructed. I drive a lot across the vast desert highways in the West and cannot afford to break down. Peace of mind is important!

I had a couple of problems installing the S&S DCR fuel pump and placed several calls to them for help. All but one of my calls was answered by an individual who discussed my problem and suggested possible causes and solutions. I left a message on the call that wasn’t answered and received a return call the next morning (after I placed that call I realized it was after hours for them). Excellent support from S&S Diesel Motorsport!My install is complete and my truck runs great.
