The colors are as pictured, they are a harder plastic which is good as I was concerned about them being damaged if stepped on, but no concerns there. The slide well across our floor when hit with a hockey stick, which is basically all we were looking for.

All cats love ping pong balls. They react to every hard surface they hit and bounce like the dickens. But my cats are hockey players at heart. These thick lightweight pucks work well on any surface hard or soft and keep them amused in our camper without disappearing under the slide-outs.

I didn't expect them to be light weight. Now I know why they were cheap.
