The Toss 'n Talk Relaxation Ball was helpful during our 8-hour training session. We used it as a tool to facilitate review and reinforce learning. When the group appeared to be getting lethargic, the Toss 'n Talk Relaxation Ball was helpful in re-energizing participants and maintaining engagement.
