I use a "D" size oxygen tank and is inside an AirLift backpack. I bought this trolley for use in walking. Carrying a 9 pound oxygen tank can be very tiring. I am one that requires a steady flow of oxygen, when exerting any energy. When I have to do long periods of walking or shopping, this trolley is a life saver. It is the perfect size and very light weight. I have the oxygen tank tied to the cart with a 2" wide adjustable nylon strap around the telescoping tube. I find this cart to be very sturdy and easy rolling on any smooth surface and on our short pile carpeting. I have 2 options: Carry the backpack or use the cart for whatever the situation dictates. This cart is exactly the size I needed for my 9# oxygen tank. Thank you Amazon for the fast shipping.

True to its name it is lightweight and durable. Unlike the image, it does not stand up straight on its own, at least mine does not. Also, because of the wheel size and overall weight of the item, it is best rolled on smooth floors/concrete, the moment you go over cobblestone or a crack it tweeters hard to one side; this is generally easy to manage if you have a good sense of weight distribution and balance.

Needs a strap. Ok for small items not to long of distance.

I use a bungee cord to attach Inogen and it is perfect. It adjusts easily . The bungee they sent was huge so you will need to get a smaller one

Purchased because of smaller "platform", use it for my portable oxygen concentrator,which can be heavy. Fits Great, used a couple of bungee cords to secure it. Works great

It took awhile to get here, but when it arrived I was surprised to see how light and sturdy it was. I plan to buy some bungee cords to help secure the bags.Not long ago I went on a very long trip overseas and I had with me a backpack and a rolling laptop case. Both fit under the seat (to give you an idea how small they were), but not at the same time, of course. When I checked in, they told me I had to check my rolling laptop case because there was not enough room for it in the overhead bin. I begged her to please not take it from me, but there was no stopping her. She wasn't even compassionate to the fact that I am older (60 years old this year). So basically, I had to remove everything from the case and put into the backpack (with no wheels), including my heavy 17 inch laptop. To make a long story short, with all the walking I had to do, I arrived at my destination with serious back pains and needed the weekend to recover:(So! I am going on the same trip soon and this lesson taught me to be prepared. I plan to bring this item (weighs less than a book) with me just in case.Good luck!

Works great for carrying a portable oxygen concentrator. Only drawback is that it tends to tip forward while standing.

It is good for hauling. Does not have the stability to stand unaided. Okay if you take the items offthe cart, but not to keep them there during use.
