This cutting is perfect... non plastic, so I don't have to worry about micro plastics getting into my brain. Natural straw on the one side for cutting vegetables and metal on the other side for cutting meats. It includes a cut out for Sharpening knives and a rough patch for grinding ginger or garlic. Very multi functional.

Nice little cutting board, butStainless scratched immediately while cutting. So where are those steel tiny bits we are all so worried about from using plastics?

claims product is better with scratches than others, ours was scratched right away and quickly became extremely scratched up with usage.
