I originally rated this 3 stars, updating to 4 after a month of usage. The biggest issue I have is that it's a struggle to get the scalpel tip on. I use a pair of pliers and have to really wrestle with it to get it on, but once it's on--it's solid. The handle is a LOT more comfortable than the stock one you'd typically have, and it's a lot larger. There's a handful of tools I use that are silver and similar to the stock handle on the right and it often gets lost easily, with the new handle on the left, it's a lot easier to keep track of where my scalpel is. If it wasn't so hard to get a blade on, it would be 5 stars!

Trying to fit blades on this thing is dangerous because it is too thick and requires some adjustments! Cannot fit blades out of the box so to speak
