So many ways to use this delightful stencil -- with distressed ink, watercolor pens, etc. Delicate flowers of small/medium size, perfect for smaller cards or boxes. Very easy to wash (make sure you use water-based colors) and durable. Some stencils are flimsy and break apart after 3-4 uses, but not this one. This is a winner!

I own a lot of stencils. A LOT. This is the same quality Time Holtz, Stampers Anonymous, and Ranger are known for. The mylar stencil material is the perfect thickness - the stencil is firm, the design is fully cut out, and it's thick enough to make applying modeling paste (or other texture) very easy. Sturdy and, as far as stencils go, one of the more difficult stencils to bend. I always have problems with the stencils made from cheap mylar - the little parts of the design (pieces that hang or stick out) always bend or allow whatever media you're working with to travel under the stencil. That doesn't happen with the Tim Holtz stencils I've used - and hasn't been an issue at all with this stencil in particular. This stencil leaves beautiful, soft wildflowers - an image so versatile, you'll be reaching for this design project after project.Easy and quick to clean. Holds up well - the image is as clean the 92nd time as it is the first time - the plastic mylar doesn't degrade. I haven't found an art supply yet that doesn't work well with these. I can't imagine the stencil trend will slow down any time soon, making these a terrific investment with truly countless uses. The Layered Wildflower Stencil is so simple to use - and produces such beautiful results - that it makes creating art FUN!
