Bought a 1993 Chevy G20 van that didn't have a working temp gauge, researched which temp sensor was tied to the gauge (there's one for the ECM to control choke on the front of the engine as well) and installed this and we instantly had a working temp gauge. Less than half of the local auto parts retailer's cost

Repair my dash gauge was not reading correct. SMP had the correct one and gauge work correctly.

old sender would only go up to 100 degrees on gauge with the new standard sensor, the needle doesn't even move, total junk
