These do not adjust like they are supposed to, they bend when you close the door.

I installed this in a 1977 Chevy truck C20. Original door switches where frozen, I did not no what to expect and found that these switches did solve the problem. only the thredding does not go all the way to the base of the switch the result is that once you tighten the switch down it becomes loose and wobbles in the door post. It still works but not as I expected.

Unfortunately the threaded part of this part is much to big to fit in the stock placement of the original door switch. There will need to be modifications made to make this part fit.
