This part was suggested to me as a possible repair for my Ford Taurus transmission (not shifting out of first gear). This part replaced the old one perfectly. It did not fix the transmission problem (incredibly my car require a new, $1.50 fuse) it was an easy swap and a part updated on a 2005 car.

The part fits my van perfectly. I have been running it for a month and it works fine. The Ford part is double the price.

Be sure to order correct trans there is a four and five speed auto. Not make that mistake asI did. Easy return and new works perfect
