The product is NOT as described! This is just a cheapo plastic sensor. Amazon advertises this as being metal. This is a rip-off! Higher priced reflects false advertising!Amazon should be held accountable for misrepresentation!

Okay, I have to write a review here because the others are bad for the wrong reasons. First, the picture is wrong. The sensor you will receive is plastic instead of aluminum. However, all replacement dpfe sensors are plastic, including OEM Ford. This is because the original aluminum version they used to make corrodes on the inside. You want the plastic sensor! I had no problem installing this on a 97 Ranger. I should also mention these are very high quality and are made in the USA.

Thanks fixed my check engine light code P0401 on my Lincoln towncar 4.6L a little cheaper than the auto parts store too

the original part that came off my truck is aluminum - can't really finish this review because the mechanic working on my truck keeps sending the plastic part back and trying to get a aluminum one like he took off my vehicle ???! aargh !
