12-14-18I'm reviewing the Stant 12555 Leather Cup, which is a replacement for the pressurizing part in the tester. I've had this tester for over 30 years, and it was hit or miss trying to pump up a cooling system, especially on the cold days. My kit has a couple rubber washers included in it, but they are for the portion that attaches to the radiator or adapters. I've been searching for a replacement for years now....I happened to come across this part accidentally. I'm so grateful for this fluke, because this part did the trick! I have my great tool back in tip top shape. I think part of my issue was searching for the Motorad MT300, and nothing seemed to pop up, besides buying the entire tool. Well, my tool is in excellent condition with the exception of the pressurizing cup. I always clean it after use, and store it in its case. It's essentially a Stant unit, because all my adapters are just that. Stants are what I search for when I need another adapter. So I don't know why it didn't occur to me to do the same when searching for rebuild parts or seals. Live and learn, eh?I bought this from the seller "Amazon" and it was fulfilled by them, which I feel is important to list this info. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand. I'll post an update with a durability review.***UPDATE***11-5-19It's now been a great amount of time and the tool works flawlessly. I'm thankful I was able to find these replacement seals, as this has always been my favorite cooling system tool. I've experienced no leaks or issues since... and builds pressure like it's supposed to. I will update again as time progresses, but if it's anything like the original seals, this should hold up at least 10 years or so.

GOOD:Oil filter socket set well built and fitting size right. BAD radiator wrong fitting poor quality plus batteries not work holding charge or one not work at all.

I bought a Stant cooling system tester on ebay. It would not develop any pressure. I took it apart and it needed the leather cup (it was missing, go figure). It works perfectly now. Nice tool to have when trying to figure out where your cooling system leak is.
