Perfect fit for star max ultra griddle with snap action thermostat.Star didn’t protect the thermostat dials from impact by moving equipment around the kitchen, that easily breaks the dial stem of the thermostat.After replacement I installed a 3†metal pipe strap horizontally over the dial to protect it.
