We have been using this brand and model number at five terminals within our store. The TSP 143IIU works well with our POS system. It requires some basic work to install and integrate within an existing network but it is way easier compared to a lot of printers out there. Of any of the printers that we use within the workplace (and we do have quite a few,) this is the most hassle free even when a Microsoft update takes place.

so far it is awesome.. love it! i did a test print and it was so fast. I use paypal here to process my cash and credit card sales. i logged into my account and instantly the printer popped up. it felt so awesome so see my companies name printed on a receipt .....

It's a receipt printer. It works as it should. Not 5 stars simply because it's not something to love. The only thing I found odd was the software loading for Win 7 did not go as it did for my Win 10 machine. Had to use "install printer" via control panel after installing software.

Works great ty used with square register. Just a note it does drive the cash drawer but be sure to buy the proper cable and printer driven cash drawer

I recieved this product on 8/11/17 and it broke on 11/16/17. Kind of a bummer since Squareup is a great software. I Dont think they have good customer service when it comes to hardware issues. Either way this printer is way too new to be broken and now the warrenty is gone. I would love to get assistance if a representative would reach out...

Wish I noticed it didn't have Bluetooth but works excellent. Onky powers on when square stand is on and app is functioning. A little confusing but the product is great

This is used not new. It smells like it was burnt out. Scratches all over it. The top piece is all bent. The bottom of box was clearly opened. Send me a new one.
