I bought the product and didn't get around to installing it for several months. After 1 week of use the hose developed a leak in the line. I reached out to the company and was told I'm out of luck. It's beyond the warrant period... The reel seems good but the hose and customer service are garbage.

After 4 months the hoses are dry rotted, cracked and fittings have leaked from day one. Seller said send back for refund but never supplied a shipping address. Waste of money
