Using Your New System - 3X Lock
The module will monitor the OEM remote for 3X Lock and will start your vehicle when you press lock 3 times. An aftermarket emote is not necessary, there are no extra key fobs to carry around.
Unique Start-X T-Harness
The included T-harness is a unique Start-X T-Harness that can not be found anywhere else. The T-harness is neat and avoids the the usual "rats nest" of wires.

Instructions were easy to follow for installation. I had an issue where my battery died, and after jumping my truck the startx module was fried. I contacted the manufacturer and the sent me a new unit no charge in exchange for my bricked one. Works great with the stock key and is very convenient for hot or cold days

I love it, simple install even for someone like me, took an hour having to watch the video to make sure I got it correct but I will say this…. Bye bye cold mornings, I can finally enjoy my coffee without having to focus on the heater the whole car drive when I’m late

Like others using a fish tape or stiff wire to run from passenger side to driver to pull wires made it way easier. Took about an hour. Everything is a tangle of wires so I would do the glovebox wire first next time with allow more decisions about wire placement up front... As it was I had to disconnect and run wires back around some things but not a big deal either way. Great install video! I really appreciated that.

Installed this on 12/21 and am extremely impressed with how this integrates seamlessly into my 2016 Tundra's electronics and functionality. The installation video was fantastic and like another reviewer suggested, when getting the TPMS connector to the passenger side, I sent wire fish tool from the passenger side to the driver side and pulled the TPMS connector easily back through rather than trying to push it over from the driver's side. Thankfully, the Toyota connectors were easy to unplug and this was truly a plug and play installation.Very well thought-out product at a good price.

Easiest install I’ve ever done. Took no more than 45mins. Followed the video and connected everything as described. Really like that this doesn’t shut the truck off as soon as you open the door like the factory remote start.
