Using Your New System - 3X Lock, Long Range Remote
The module will monitor the OEM remote for 3X Lock and will start your vehicle when you press lock 3 times. An aftermarket remote is not necessary, there are no extra key fobs to carry around.
Optional Long Range Remotes:
For extra long range you can add an optional long-range RF kit. If you want to go all out, you can choose a cell phone module which provides you the ability to start from virtually anywhere you have phone service.
Unique Start-X T-Harness
The included T-harness is a unique Start-X T-Harness that can not be found anywhere else. The T-harness is neat and avoids the the usual "rats nest" of wires.

Easy to install .. Took less than 10 minutes after watching a you tube video.The directions that come with the unit aren't really that helpful. I searched it up on you tube and a few videos came up.. After watching the video installation was easy. The best part is the system is truly plug and play. NO wires to cut!! If the directions on paper that came with the unit were better I would of giving 5 stars. I would recommend this unit . Installed on a 2016 lexus ct200h

Worked perfectly for my 2016 Lexus CT200h. Works great. Everything plugs in. I watched the hybrid guy on youtube about this car followed exactly what he did. got the rf extender as well fortin rm411.

Definitely look up additional YouTube videos. The mfr video online isn’t as in depth as others who have installed it. I think the video I watched was by Hybrid Guy. Overall, I would buy the kit again for another Lexus.

This remote starter was initially purchased as a treat for myself as a little creature comfort, but with many days well below freezing it is borderline a necessity.It installed in my 2012 Lexus CT200h in just a few minutes. From start to finish it took about 15 minutes to install to functionality and a few more minutes to find a place to stuff the controller so that it did not interfere with the parking brake (which I use every time I park), steering controls, and other wiring in the dash.One of the wiring harnesses you "tap into" is the OBD2 port. I tested that my bluetooth code reader still worked after installation and it worked as normal.It is annoying that the vehicle shuts off when you open any passenger door, but this is a safety and anti-theft feature, so there's nothing to do but accept it. I have found that the vehicle keeps running if you open the hatch, which is quite nice to be able to load my warmed up vehicle in the morning before work without shutting the engine off.

I waited a while to install this, I mostly wanted it to heat up my car in the winter season since my wife and I just had a baby. Easy to install, I searched up a yt video for it. only issue which is on my part, I didn’t zip tie the cords so one is close to my parking brake and doesn’t let it sit flush. When I turn off my emergency parking brake it hits the cord and I have to push up on my brake for it turn off. Worth it.

Easy plug and play option for remote starter. Only problem is it doesnt stay on long enough and the car turns off when you open the door!!! So annoying!!
