C’est de la fonte certes c’est lourd mais pour cuisiner c’est impeccable, il faudra le culotter pour éviter qu’il attache lorsqu’on s’en sert de poêle .

Zum Beispiel Mandel bräunen, Zwiebel andünsten, Speck anbraten und vieles mehr.Die Pfanne auf 1/3 der Temperaturen mit Fett anheizen ca. 3 Min dann die Temperatur hochstellen auf ca. 2/3. Dann kann das Lebensmittel in die Pfanne und dann zum Fertigstellen kann die Temperatur auf 0 gestellt werden , die gusseiserne Pfanne hält die Hitze und das Lebensmittel kann fertig garen.
