The enemy of enameled pots is metal utensils. Just don’t. The Staub utensils, including this ladle, are a perfect pairing for your expensive pots, providing full control, no scratches, and a handsome look at the table. Not dishwasher safe.

It's just great, food grade, never a problem; this is a good deep ladle. The handle is not really long, but I have had no problems.

I've been upgrading my kitchen utensils and chose the Staub ladle because of it's design (somewhat flat on one edge). It is the best ladle I've ever owned and the most practical design I've seen. This one is an excellent choice, and I judge it to be a good value for the money. Now I want more Staub utensils!

You can always count on STAUB for high quality products. It would be nice for the ladle to be a bit larger like some of my other go to ladles. Easy to clean. Otherwise love.
