(WANT TO START THIS OUT BY SAYING!! FOR PEOPLE WHO STRUGGLE WITH STRENGTH IN THEIR HANDS, THIS PRODUCT MIGHT BE DIFFICULT TO OPEN SINCE IT SNAPS TOGETHER!)I got this for my husband because he and I are both getting into painting warhammer and Age of Sigmar models. This is honestly one of the better wet palettes that I’ve ever seen.It’s held together by a pretty strong red band. But even without the band, it stays together well. The lid comes off and when flipped over has a lot of little spots for paints as well as the second level. Which is perfect for miniature painting because you only need the tiniest drop. Which might be annoying for those who wish to paint with thicker acrylics. Water color and ink would work well though I believe.The wet palette works great. As it says in the description, it comes with 50 sheets of paper and two sponges. The sponge and paper aren’t too think.The whole thing has a great weight to it. Feels expensive. Get your moneys worth and more.

Bought this for my cousin and he loves it. It comes apart to make it both easy to use and easy to clean. It's a good size for his miniature paints, and keeps the very thin pain wet for a long time. He hasn't had any issues with paint being dried out/ruined, and it works great!

If you’re a fan of the StayWet palettes, this product beats the price, the looks and adds more functionality as well as storage space for your brushes. Very innovative idea, highly recommend for painters.

You can remove the middle tray if you don't need it, which is what I did. Also, the paper doesn't really get wet when you follow the instructions for wetting the sponge. My husband had to show me what he does with his wet palette (adds a little bit of water around the edge of the sponge with a nozzled bottle until the paper gets moist enough to lay flat.) With that, it's working well for what I need and feels nice and solid. Will come back and bump my rating up when time tells the full story.

I'm using this pallet for painting miniatures and everything works just perfect - sponge stays wet, paper sheets doesn't dissolve to fibers, the box is tight enough to save my paint for couple of days. Thank you to Picassio for making such a good tools for artists!
