I was pleased with my 1st order. The rope is strong and soft. Easy to work with for crafts. I received packages of two bundles each containing 50ft, totaling 200 ft in all.My second order only contained 2 pieces of 50 ft, I was very disappointed. These bundles also contained uneven robes with frayed and lumpy ropes, not the same quantity or amount received in 1st order

i ordered 3 different 100% cotton ropes and the other 2 cost more and were not cotton- this was the best of the 3, passed the burn test and was a better price. 5 stars!

I ordered 5 packs (10 skeins). 4 of the 5 made 12" diameter placemats. The other pack of two only made placemats a bit less than 11". I now have to use additional rope from a spare skein to get the smaller ones to the correct size. Not good use of materials.I've also had to cut out at least 3 bad spots in the 10 skeins used.Edit...knowing the differences in length/pkg I've experienced before I just opened 4 packs to make 4 identical items. Pic shows the differences...over 5' (63") difference btwn the shortest & longest.

The rope is great, except that it is not all cotton. There is polypropylene in it. I need 100% cotton, so it's not going to work :-(
