I really like this steam mop. The machine is heavy but is almost self propelled once it's on. For me, it is so much easier than the mop and bucket (I'm a senior with health problems) It really does a nice job on the floors. The first one times I used it the floor was dull with the residue of old cleaner but by the second time I used it the floor started to shine again.

This steam mop has been a game-changer for keeping my hard floors spotless.Pros:- strong and powerful steam production- no needs of chemicals or any kind of detergent to deep clean = save some money- washable mop pads- rotating pads make the whole work for youPossible cons:- small tank-super easy and convenient to useAll these cons are in my opinion surmountable :- I can have refill the tank in few secondsPersonal Tip : I like to add few drops of essential oil on the pads to add a nice smell to my whole house .

This steam mop is my favourite things at home.It is easy to use. The mop pads are easy to remove and toss into washing machine and put back on (after they dry). I love that its steam and no need for cleaners. It really works great for me.

I use the steamer to remove really strong child locks and sticker I couldn’t get off my oven door. I have used the floor portion yet, definitely worth the buy so far. Any issues I will edit my review.

J’ai adoré cet appareil qui est super efficace avec plein de brosses et accessoires. Très facile d’utilisation aussi. Toutefois, les recommandations du mode d’emploi et celle affichées sur Amazon sont différentes. J’ai tenté de joindre l’entreprise qui nous invite à le faire en nous donnant même une adresse courriel et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse.J adore le produit mais je suis un peu déçue de l’entreprise et du service client.

After receiving this steam mop, I wanted to see if it could finally pull up some marks that the contractors left on our new flooring. We couldn't manage to scrub it off completely by ourselves but got most of it. I was really hoping the steam would help. To my surprise, it did! I had to use a little bit of pressure on the machine to get it off but be careful with that as I don't think you're supposed to put any pressure on it.It states to only put water in it which I did at first but it wouldn't be a good review if I didn't try something too. I know a lot of people that wouldn't bother to read the instructions and warnings. I ended up putting a little bit of Pine-sol in it and it worked just as well! I love the scent of pine-sol so having that with it's cleaning elements and the steam really gave the flooring a good cleaning.Now the only relatively bad thing about this steam mop is that the motor that makes it spin is quite weak. It works but if it was a little bit faster and more powerful, it would definitely be a lot better.Overall, I'm fairly happy with this steam mop. It cleaned the spots that I needed it to clean that was hard by hand and it picked up the little bit of grime we haven't had time to clean yet.
